By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our service
BookTeeOff is a golf booking platform for golf courses in Vietnam. We arrange tee time reservations at golf courses on your behalf and provide related customer support. The golf round itself is provided by the golf course; BookTeeOff acts as the booking intermediary between you and the course.
3. How booking works — request-based reservation
BookTeeOff does not sell instant, real-time reservations. Every booking follows the same steps:
- Request (Requested) — choose a course, date, number of players, holes and preferred tee time, then submit a booking request. No payment is taken at this stage.
- Confirmation (Checking) — our team confirms availability and every detail of your request directly with the golf course.
- Payment (Offered) — once availability is confirmed, your booking moves to payment pending; sign in and pay from the payment button on your booking page — we never send payment links by email. The price shown at this stage is the confirmed, final price for your booking.
- Final confirmation (Booked) — after your payment is confirmed, we finalize the reservation with the golf course and issue your booking voucher.
A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only when payment is completed and the booking status shows Booked.
4. Payment deadline
Each pending payment has a clearly stated deadline — shown on your booking page — and your tee times are held until that deadline. If payment is not completed in time, the request expires and the held tee times are released — contact us and we will arrange new times. If a payment is captured after expiry and the original tee times can no longer be honored, we will contact you and refund the payment in full unless you accept an alternative.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are set and charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Where the website displays amounts in other currencies (KRW, USD), these are reference conversions at indicative exchange rates; the amount charged is always the VND price. The price of each round covers the items listed for that booking (typically the green fee and, where stated, caddy and cart fees). On-site expenses such as caddy tips, meals, rentals and personal spending are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Promotions
Promotional prices are subject to eligibility conditions (for example tee-off time, day of week, group size, age, gender or nationality). Some promotions require verification documents (passport or residence permit). At most one promotion applies per participant per round; where more than one qualifies, the lowest price is applied. If a promotion’s conditions cannot be verified — including missing or invalid documents — the standard price applies for that participant.
7. Participant information
Participant names must be entered exactly as they appear in the passport (in English). The golf course may refuse entry if names do not match identification. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the cancellation policy of each golf course, which is shown on the course’s page before you book and forms part of these terms.
9. At the golf course
The golf course’s own rules apply during your visit — including dress code, check-in, cart and caddy policies and weather-related closures; these are summarized on each course page. If a paid round cannot be played for reasons attributable to the golf course (for example a course closure), the round is handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to arrange your bookings accurately and to communicate all confirmed details before payment. BookTeeOff is not the provider of the golf services themselves and is not liable for the performance of the golf course beyond re-arranging the affected rounds or refunding the amounts paid through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Acceptable use
You may not submit false or speculative booking requests, resell reservations without our consent, or interfere with the operation of this website.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, images and logos — belongs to BookTeeOff or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes apply to booking requests submitted after the change takes effect.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
