Booking a round on BookTeeOff takes four steps — and you pay only after every detail is confirmed with the golf course.
Step 1 — Choose and request
Browse golf courses, pick your date, number of players, holes and preferred tee time. The price — including any promotion you qualify for — is shown before you request. You can also add optional extras to each round — club, shoes or umbrella rental, or non-playing companions (gallery) where the course allows them; these are forwarded with your request and paid directly at the golf course. Add one or more rounds to your booking cart and submit the request. No payment is taken at this stage.
Step 2 — We confirm with the course
Our team contacts the golf course directly and confirms availability and every detail of your request (status: Checking). If your requested tee time is not available that day, we also confirm the closest available times around it with the course. You can follow the progress anytime in My Account → Bookings — and we keep you posted by email at every step.
Step 3 — Pay securely
Once your booking is confirmed, its status changes to payment pending (Offered). Sign in and complete the payment from the payment button on your booking page (My Account → Bookings) — for your security, we never send payment links by email. If your original tee time was not available, the confirmed nearby tee times are shown as selectable choices on the same page — pick the one that suits you, then complete the payment. If none of the times works for you, you can cancel that round — or the entire request — free of charge before payment.
Pay by card — Visa, Mastercard, JCB or Amex, processed by OnePay — or by bank transfer. All amounts are charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND); prices can also be displayed in USD or KRW for reference. The payment deadline is clearly shown, and your tee times stay held until then.
Step 4 — Booked
After your payment is confirmed, we finalize the reservation with the golf course (status: Booked) and issue your booking voucher with all round details. Present it at course check-in — and enjoy your round.
